Corrective Exercises
I'm Eva, a Massage Therapist! I have always been interested in massage literally since childhood I crumpled everyone around. I discovered the benefits of massage when I myself was looking for ways to effectively and safely calm my busy mind and treat my pain. I grew up with scoliosis and knows firsthand what it's like to struggle with pain and search for relief and regularly experienced the frustration and stress of chronic pain.

Through yoga, breathing techniques and massage I felt a huge shift in the way I felt. I believe that massage can be an essential part to keep you at peace both physically and emotionally. I decided to go into the massage world to help others find some serenity and balance.

I first studied Thai massage. After study I clearly realised the joy of working with my hands and with people.I continued my education with Swedish and Deep tissue massage, and became a massage therapist in Amsterdam, where I practice today.

My studio focus on restoration and maintenance of health (purification and activation of blood and lymphatic systems, removal of clamps clamps and energy comas, maintenance of women's health and hormone-balance; activation of the cellular level of the face) with the relaxin environment of the healing space.

I love working together with clients to decide which treatment will be most effective for their specific situation. Regardless of whether a client seeks help for a specific physical pain, or for something not-visible and emotionally demanding such as stress, anxiety or burnout, I appreciate every treatment and work hard to understand each client's unique wishes and needs. It has always been a priority for me to make clients feel completely at ease and welcome.

Regarding Massages.
When I was 8 years old, my parents fed me food that caused me to have stomach problems (gastritis). At the same time, I did not want to eat the majority of the products that my parents gave to me (milk, meat, liver, fish, eggs), but they didn't listen to me. Of course, back then they did not realise the direct connection between nutrition and human health. As a result I started suffering more from colds, coughs, pain in the intestines, gastritis, very painful periods, deterioration of vision and by the age of 23 I began to have chronic headaches with which it was impossible to live normally. Growing up I began to experiment with my diet, I radically changed the foods that I was using. At first it all started with the transition to a vegetarian diet, and then to a raw food diet.

Then the first experiments in fasting, which I was able to increase to 5 days (to cleanse the body). These things helped me initially, but for a long time my body was uncomfortable with row food nutrition. Hence forth I continued to study about how nutrition affects my wellbeing.

I independently made adjustments to my diet, based on new knowledge. Started by cutting refined sugars, wheat and dairy products from my diet, meat and and gradually transitioned to a primarily plant-based lifestyle. After experimenting with smoothies, green juices and salads for a few weeks, I started to see positive changes in my energy, weight and overall health.

Since the age of 29, I have been eating mostly plant-based foods with a light amount of fish on the side.. By my own example, I want to show that healthy eating is precisely the use of products that really benefit our body.
I study nutrition courses in different universities around the world to track those specialists who, like me, adhere to a modern approach to nutrition (how the body reacts to animal products, sugar, yeast, and much more, for example) and add new knowledge to my database.
Therefore, I decided to structure all the lessons that I received and applied on myself to the meal plans that you will find on the "Nutrition" page on this site.
